An Action Cam is needed for stabilized video. If you don't already have an Action Cam with GPS, purchase one below. GoPro is ideal as it has the GPS built in. Choose between 5.3K 2D video (GoPro Hero 13 Black) or 4K 360 video (GoPro Max). Click image to purchase. Don't buy GoPro Hero 12 (it has no GPS).

Also purchase the right mount for your Action Cam. For street view you may want a suction cup. Mount on hood or top of car. Click image to purchase.

Wait for your gear to arrive.
Follow manufacturer's instructions to set up Action Cam.
Video the streets or whatever you like with GPS turned on. Set up the Action Cam, power on and wait at least a few minutes to acquire a good GPS signal before videoing.
Transfer video files from Action Cam to computer. For GoPro you may need to remove the memory card and use a memory card reader.
